| The issue that ran apparent was that Moroso dropped the ball as they told me 2-3 weeks...I called and emailed several times and continuously talked to the head of R&D about the issue of having said a deadline on delivery and they drop the ball completely. Im at the mercy of them not keeping to the schedule they gave me. Makes me look bad as a vendor and makes the customer angry at me due to the fact I can't make good on the promise of what was said to me from the manufacture. Its a tough situation. First problem is Moroso told you 2-3 weeks and you told customers 1-2 weeks. So right there you have a delivery issue. Second you said you were in contact with Moroso yet you did not update me even ONCE. I always had to ask you for updates. Third when I asked for updates I was told you would have them in a few days. The first time I was told this was over a month ago. Then after a full month passed I had to ask you again for an update and was told again you would have them in a few days(this was almost 2 weeks ago). Fourth you said I should have received it on Saturday and even after this thread I still do NOT have an update Email from you with how you shipped it to me or the tracking number. So you can blame Moroso all you want but honestly YOU dropped the ball IMHO.
